What are some factors that employers use when evaluating employees for a Christmas bonus?
If I were the one awarding the bonuses I would consider the following loosly in this order...
1a) contributions to the bottom line of the company/department/group
1b) How hard the individual worked to accomplish goals assigned to them
2) how they get along with the team and if they had anything negative happen to them and also any reports from other supervisors on the employee
Might be more... hope this helps!
