How many hubs do I have to write in order to qualify for Google Adsense?
For me it took two. I'm not sure if pagecount or wordcount has a bigger effect, but the language of the application rejection implies wordcount.
My first hub was ~2,700 words and it wasn't enough. My second was ~3,500 and that did it.
Your best bet is to publish another hub, reapply, rinse and repeat.
