What are your tips in writing a good business proposal to win your dream contract?
What are your tips in writing a good business proposal to win your dream contract (corporations or the government)?
I will write proposal which is easy to understand and realistic. Who ever looks at it will say this is best possible option. I will write step by step execution plan which looks happening.
Follow the AIDA plan while writing a proposal.
A ........... Drive attention towards your proposal
I............. Highlight the other parties interest
D........... Generate desire in the other party to communicate with you
A............ Emphasise him to initiate action
give 2 or 3 options on the pitch - that way instead of giving the prospect the choice of Yes or No, you get them to choose Which option they want.
