You have invented something and your sponsor wants you to outsource your work, what do you do?
You currently have everything made and assembled in the U.S, but it will save you millions of dollars to have everything made and assembled over seas, do you do it, or do you give the jobs to people here in the U.S, even if it means your overall profit is considerably less. What do you do.
Well, if its only profit that you and your sponsor looking for, go for it then without any questions. However, these types of decisions depend on numerous factors. Being a businessman, I prefer cost-reduction. If your business is providing you a chance to save millions, you are a lucky one then.
