What can you do to convince an employer if language is the only hindrance for any job?
Suppose you are in some other country and you come to know about some job which exactly matches your skill set. But not being able to communicate in local language is the only hindrance. What best can be done to some how convince employer so that he may consider you also for job
I would show the employer that I was attempting to learn the local language. I would take a class and show him the proof that I wanted the job bad enough to learn the language.
