Should a hubber set up a website to help promote their hubs?
Or is relying on the search engines and the regular networking tools enough to promote your hubs. There's no HP rule or anything on doing this is there.
For me, it works both way. It doesn't matter if you create a website to boost the traffic of HP or opposite way.
Both of these will actually increases your traffic so yes, if you are financially stable to do so (even though it is cheap) and if you have the time to devote, why not?
I wouldn't have thought of creating a website solely for the purpose of promoting hub articles. However, I think of Hubpages as one piece of a long term strategy. Eventually I will have a personal website, part of which will be devoted to articles that I've written online.
