    How do feel about joining a "life"coaching program involving a personal challenge to pay it forward?

    The program is Helping yourself to achieve the goal you bring forward by personal coaching sessions and after you conquer it; then you would choose a personal challenge where you could apply your new learning to help someone else.
    Your answer will serve as a thermometer for my project. Thanks for spending the time for sharing your comments.

    I already do this without paying for it in my own home. All you have to do is create goals for yourself and to do these goals. Some people need an individual to motivate them. Luckily, I'm not one of them. Try making posters or clipping out pictures of what you want to purchase, a degree you want, etc. Put them in your home or around it. Create a dream wall. It is a list of things you want to do, consider it a bucket list if you wish. Every time you do one of them, you get the satisfaction and self-esteem of crossing it off.
