How do I provide the same press release I create on different websites?

It could be too that there are slight differences in the way the press release is allowed to be publish. Some sites do not allow active links within the body of the press release, some do. Here is a link to my Hub on press releases so that you can use it as a guide.

I just found out that a lot of hubs have been copied by different blogs. How am I supposed to deal with it? I've heard about DMCA, but don't know much about it. Since it' the first time I've encountered it, I don't know what I'm supposed to do. Any help would be really appreciated.
