How do Recruiters stay in business?
With the economy the way it is and less jobs to go around, how do temporary agencies, Headhunters and Recruiters stay in business? I know in my town there is an employment agency of some sort literally on every corner. If they are not placing people in jobs how do they have the cash flow to stay in business?
People who recruit are usually payed by salary (that is unless they're a military recruiter). They only make money when they bring someone into the business. How they stay in business during this economy is easy though. Sure it may seem like it's a nightmare out there but we're actually in a state of recovery (which is why you're probably seeing so many people out there recruiting). I would imagine that recruiting is not the only thing they do for that business though. They probably fill multiple roles.
On a side note though, I would say that if they're doing that bad they either won't last in that line of business for long or they will find a part time side job.
if there are lots of papers and copiers and that's a way to keep up the business. Need more attention will pave the way through with people's interest and nodding of heads. yep give it a thumbs up.
