Deception and trickery in the workplace.....Do you feel that the thinning of wallets and/or the lack of available good jobs have made deception and trickery more common in the workplace?
In this economy I would think people would be more careful and mind their P's and Q's if they want to keep their jobs. Maybe some people feel they have to act that way to keep their jobs, and it can be difficult to take the high road.If the management staff are good people and don't use trickery and deceitfulness then the employees are likely not to behave that way -- because the management staff would not tolerate that.So I guess it all depends on the culture in each individual office environment.
