How do you feel on a Friday ?
Friday is the last working day of the week with a relaxing weekend coming ahead. I fee quite comfortable, how about you?
I feel the same like on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm not allowed to work more than 4 hours a day, 4 days a week to be able to handle stress in normal daily life.
I am Bipolar and take heavy medication for it to stay stable. A Friday to me is like the beginning of any weekend or the first day of the week to work my irregular job as a tourist guide.
Friday makes me happier at times when I have a party to go to. Other than that every day I experience should be low profile in terms of activities.
I feel just as happy every day. I did at one time look forward to Friday, then I realized I was losing 4 days of happiness. So I decided to cultivate the same happiness every day. Now I am happy all seven days, even beyond time, regardless of experiences, situations or conditions. Happiness is available every moment.
