Can I be a Vitamix affiliate using my hubs as a healthy eating blog?
Vitamix owners have found a simple way to earn supplemental or full-time income for something I am already doing for free—telling other people about my Vitamix machine.
If I have a health and fitness blog, the Vitamix message fits easily into my normal hub style. But, an Affiliate is assigned a corporate sales specialist to assist with sales and marketing support. Would doing this be in violation of Hubpages?
Sounds like it might be. If you're using your hubs to pimp a product or service that you are personally involved with, I believe that would result in the dreaded "overly promotional" designation.

That's overall for all my hubs. That number has been rising and seems to me a sign of healthy hubbing at this point. The rest is about equally split between coming internally from HP and from my external links via social media and blogs. What do the veterans around here think about these numbers?
