One have to learn a healthy eating habits from his own parents. Because these habits should be trained even from the childhood. Hence it is the parents responsibility to train their child with healthy eating habits

Research. Coming off of anorexia, not a lot of people have information. They just ask how you are going to fix it. So you have to do a lot of research to find out how much water to drink, how many calories per meal, meal portions, how often to eat, what snacks are healthy, etc. Just by researching on the internet you can learn anything.

By reading and research mostly. I have developed a habit of reading the nutrition labels of almost every prepackaged item I buy. Many prepackaged foods are extremely high in fat, sodium, and sugar. By reading the daily value percentages on the label, you can better determine if that food is worth eating.

I learned healthy habits while living by myself. This was like 25 years ago. After I started living by myself, I realized the importance of healthy eating habits, and that´s when I started including all kinds of healthy foods in my diet, including fruits, vegetables and lots of pure drinking water.

I learned through reading and other forms of education. I was 14 or 15 when I decided that healthy eating was beneficial for me...I think I saw a news report on something health related. From there, I started reading and watching documentaries, on health and nutrition.
