What skills do you see missing from your new-hires?
If you are in charge of hiring new employees, are you able to find candidates successfully? If not, what type of skills are you not seeing in potential employees?
I once had to oversee new hires and I think the lack of communication skills is the one thing that stood out to me.
It's been several years but I was disappointed in just about everything. Dress, ability to write, the ability to cover up their bodies for a simple job interview and last but not least any kind of work ethic.
