Did you need a degree to get your job?
In order to get the job you have now, did you need to finish college and get a degree?
No. As with every job I've had so far, I learned all of the skills on the job.
I did not need a degree for my job, but it did require experience which I gained at the previous place I was employed at.
Yes. I work in HR and finished a bachelors in psychology to get the job. It was either be a store manager or enter HR. I have a passion for making jobs for people easier and a more comfortable environment. This job is perfect for me and I love the reactions of employees when I'm assigned more "clients".
