I can only speculate; however, I would think it would be significantly important to mentally separate my office space and time from the interruption of family and home issues for a significant part of the work-time. I could survive with breaks and lunch time together with my family, even with my Better Half if she didn't slow down my consumption too much however, I think I would need complete separation for periods of 2 hours in the morn and 2 hours in the afternoon or so...
