What causes some people to steal from their employers, not realizing that they will someday
be caught, terminated, and even arrested for such behavior?
jealousy, underpaid wages, misunderstanding between boss and employees, unjustified rules.
If stealing customer data is involved- no arrest
If money is stolen- yes report to police for theft
