Can I terminate my current workers compensation attorney even after mediation, settlement awarded
If the case is complete, I don't see why you wouldn't terminate the attorney ... unless you haven't paid them, at which point, you can't take the money they got you on contingency and then refuse to pay them a portion per your contract.
If there is anyone who can sue you for breach of contract, it is an attorney.
