Can I be assigned to a position with my former supervisor who caused me a hostile work environment?
My first year in the school I work at had an immediate supervisor who created a hostile work environment. The following year she was moved to another departmentin our campus. That year I went under FMLA and is still under it. Due to my illness, I wasn't able to wake up within time to be at work at my normal time. This is being happening for 3 years. This year, a new principal came in and became aware of the situation. But one day she calls me to notify me that she was going to move me to a different department and I was going to be under the supervisor who created a hostile work environment.
