Invoice Home makes online invoicing easy

Updated on September 9, 2014

When do you need an online invoice application?

Asked to review a new online application site for invoicing, Invoice Home is an impressive online site that is geared toward the small businesses and online entrepreneurs who are looking for something quick, easy and professional for billing their clients for their services or products.

I signed up to see how this site works. Presently I do not have anyone to bill but I did find that this is one of the easiest sites and not complicated.

For the small business owner, Invoice Home has 150 currencies around the world. There are three payment gateways. One of these includes PayPal for the business owner to bill the client for. You can download the invoice that you created and print it out. Mail it out the old fashion way.

Below are some screenshot samples (permission given to use) of how easy this is to utilize this site.

Easy Pick and Chose Templates

There are many templates to choose from. No need to create your own fancy looking invoice. Colorful designs, symbols to match your business and all are easy to fill out and send out as a PDF. Email it from the site or download it to your computer.

You can upload your own business logo to any of the template designs or as mentioned use one offered on Invoice Home.

As a sample to show how easy this looks, I filled out the basic invoice form to show how you can add the service fees and taxes if applicable. I found that it took a matter of a few minutes. Then to email the client and fill out the form is just that fast and easy to do.

Plans to choose from

Being one who is always looking for bargains and not one to spend a lot of money if any, Invoice Home is free to use for anyone who has a business whether it is an online shop or you are an electrician and billing for your service. For anyone who does not bill out more than $1,000 a month it will always be a free service to you.

For those who do have a larger clientele and business. There are two types of membership. Looking at this membership service, even a person who is on a budget can agree that is a wonderful site which is easy to use and saves time.

1. Free for up to $1,000 a month on invoices.

2. Unlimited Plan for $5 a month.

As an online shopkeeper and entrepreneur, I would recommend Invoice Home to make your life easier.

favored, If you have clients that pay you for your work, writing or products that are direct, then the invoice is a way to keep a record for yourself and the client. It also has a reminder that you can set up to let you know if the client has followed through or not.

We don't send out invoices, but I can see how this would save time for those who do. I don't understand how you use it Sandy. How can we as writers benefit from this? How does it help you organize? I could use some help keeping track with all my accounts where I write.
