This is a website created and maintained by the Home Depot company as one way of generating feedback from their customers. This type of customer satisfaction survey is used by many large companies, as it allows them to gauge guest sentiment and get feedback on their purchase experiences. It is important to Home Depot that they collect and gather this information to help them to improve and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

If you shop at Home Depot you can participate at their official opinion survey website at When you participate and complete the customer satisfaction survey you will also be entered into a $5,000 sweepstakes where you could win a $5,000 Home Depot Gift Card. If you shop at this do-it-yourself superstore, then you realize the scope of their product and services. They literally stock hundreds of thousands of products for the home, garden, pool, patio and yard. Just about anything you could need around or inside your home is probably in stock at these supercenter stores.

Home Depot Survey and Sweepstakes

As you enter the feedback website you will notice that you can choose to read the FAQs if you have questions about the survey or the sweepstakes for entering. You will then need to choose which language you would like to complete the questionnaire in, either english, french or spanish. As you continue, you will next need to enter your five digit zip code is in the U.S. or 6/7 character postal code, if in Canada. Next you will land on a page that will give a brief of the research questionnaire and how they appreciate your participation in the customer satisfaction and experience feedback survey process.

The whole process takes approximately 5 to 6 minutes to complete. Upon your participation and completion, you will be entered into a sweepstakes drawing for a $5,000 Home Depot gift card. There are a couple of areas that you can access and read about including their privacy policy and the information that will be collected. You can also learn more about the sweepstakes drawing rules as well as see a list of previous winners online. To start the questions from this point, you will need your recent shopping receipt and from this, you will need to enter your user ID and password that is printed on the purchase receipt. Then just follow the instructions and completely answer the feedback and opinion questions.
