45 Hubs In 45 Days
45 Hubs In 45 Days
I was going to do a challenge of 45 hubs in 30 days or more but this is a bit more reasonable for anyone who has to work or has other obligations and most of us do.
Of course if you want to keep getting traffic and making money you have to stick with it just like a job. You must go in everyday to keep the job and get paid. Therefore if you want to make any real money you must view it this way. You must set aside some time each day to write concentrating on getting traffic and making sure it is something people will want to read. There are literally thousands of topics out there, you just have to find one that you know something about and write about it. Whatever you know may be something someone else doesn't and can utilize that information.
Once you've figured out what you're going to write about you must figure out how to get traffic and that is the harder part. You can use search engines, it's preferable if you decide to use search engines to have a blog or website that you use to point to your hubs rather than referring each and every hub to the search engines. That is my preference anyway.
One of the best tools I've used is facebook. I use myspace too but prefer facebook. After signing up and gaining many new friends and pointing to my blog and hubs did I see a definite increase in traffic. I was surprised as a matter of fact. I didn't think facebook would turn out to be a great avenue for traffic but it is. With that focus you must keep it lighter and not discuss personal stuff on there. It is also a great way to interact with people who share the same interests as yourself. Maybe even make new friends. But remember the goal here is traffic. With traffic hopefully comes extra money but even if it nets you absolutely no money or traffic for that matter, think of it as a way to improve your writing skills and develop new interests and with those interests comes new topics to write about.
