What Are Some Ways to Make Money with Google AdSense?

Updated on July 20, 2016

Make Money.. Easy and Free???

There are easy and free ways to make money with Google AdSense. Really there are, but it depends upon your version of easy and free. You can spend your time writing as many hubs or online articles as possible and hope you get enough people (traffic) coming to your hubs and that will make money.

You can spend time creating and publishing some really great hubs, but there is a point when you will need a break with writing and you will work on improving the hubs you have already published-- otherwise you will not get paid from Google anytime soon. You will have to work at getting more traffic to your blogs, and your websites.

There is also the view of creating content that people will link to and then you add a few links over time your hubs yourself, and this creates you traffic that makes the money you want to make. These are the free ways to earn your income. The problem is that it is work.

As a rule, it is easy and free to do both these two above methods, but there are some drawbacks to them. You want to make money with Google AdSense? So does everyone else. The ones who do make money are serious and the ones who don't make money are the ones who try to don't look at what they are doing and fix it.

Money is Easy.. are you sure... know the pros and cons of each method.

Make Money With Google AdSense... The key is in....

Yes, you can make money online, and it is easy, but what is your definition of easy: The definition of easy is different for each person, so for example say you write on a topic that is not high paying but gets a lot of traffic you will say that "writing on this topic will make you money with Google AdSense."

Honestly, yes it would but most people do not realize that there was quite a bit of work involved in this process. This person probably spent a lot of time researching the specific keywords they are using, and probably spent as much time putting the hub together so that it maximized three things: Search engine traffic, links, and other affiliate programs.

In other words they did what they did and because they made money they will probably try to do all that work again, but if they did not, they would say it was not easy at all, and that they will not do something similar again. So, you will need to think about how and why each person finds certain things easier than other things.

But You SAID it was easy... but now!!!

So are you saying that I should not try to make money or that it is not easy? No not at all, but also do not discount people when they tell you that a certain site makes them money or that they get massive traffic from a certain source. They possibly do, but look deeper into their work.

Often a piece of work is meant to drive traffic to their site, or it is meant to build steady income for them. What you need to really be careful of is (sorry to say) the writers who have lower hub scores but seem to be selling a certain product, often they will say something is easy and put a referral link to said product. (FYI: never do this not only is it unprofessional, but it annoys, especially if you put it in the comment section. for some hub writers this means it will be marked as spam)

That is not the way to make money on hubpages, what it does is simply show that this person is not about to be useful or helpful to others, and believe me there are people, who probably do not make a lot of cash, but are considered helpful and useful.

This is how you get traffic long term and how you make money. Think about others and go beyond your own style once and a while.

Content, Presentation and Linking: Making Money with Google AdSense

So how is it easy? Three words: Content, Presentation, and Linking. You want money? You want money from Google AdSense? You want to build your business? It is easy... but it takes time. Why because all three of the about things need to be present to make money.

Content: There is a fine art to content, for example whereas one person might simply write something that they think will make them money, they are not going to. Content is King. By this ask your self this: Is my content, my writing, helping others? Does it read like a bunch of keywords put together in hopes that someone will click on an ad? Is it interesting and something that is worthy of people's time? (The answers should be: Yes, No, Yes... if not go back and fix it, BEFORE you publish!)

Presentation: I see this time and again, but a hub that is poorly presented looks as if you are selling something. I make money with Google AdSense because of how I place my capsules. If you don't believe me, go back through my hubs. The main thing you will see is that the photo is below a bit of text, and the AdSense ads are in a big rectangular box on the right hand side of the top. I have played around with amazon ads, but have found that by putting them beside links seems to work out best. Now, I've also found that Text, Photo, Text, then a Video then amazon and links seem to work best with maximizing both amazon sales and Google AdSense clicks, as for reasons found in the TOS of both affiliate programs, these can not be too close to the other.

Linking is Vital: But then so is everything else.

Okay, but what about linking? there is an important aspect to linking, one which took me a while to wrap my own head around. This is important and vital if you wan to get traffic and make money with Google AdSense and amazon on hubpages.

The types of links you have and the time frame in which you build these lenses are important. Too many links in too short a time frame, and you will find you are being overly promotional. Not enough links and should your hubs get copied you will have a problem, as the copied hubs, where because of the links the copy has it ranks higher on the search engines. That means no money for you.

It is also very useful to have links in several place, such as 2 links at e-zine articles, and then at Article Dashboard, and the one on Digg and one on Article Alley and then one at RedGage and one at Wikinut. Some are do-follow links and some are not, but they all have value for your hubs.

Think about your linking strategy when writing and publishing a hub, and think about it for more than 3 months.

So really is there a free and easy way to make money with Google AdSense: Yes, simple, you have to have a plan and then you need to focus on that plan for many months, and then you need to write great content, and look at presentation of your hubs, and then look at linking correctly.

This will get your traffic and will be a free way to make money with Google AdSense, which will in time allow you not to have to produce as often, but work on other aspect s of your business, both online and offline.

To your success.
