Join Hubbers with Special Tasks in HubPages
As HubPages celebrates its fourth year in the Web this year (2010), more and more activities are being added because of the inevitable expansion when it comes to monetization of our hubs and the exodus of new eager writers who want to belong here.
In order to meet the demands of the positive changes in this writing community on the Web, the HubPages staff are encouraging willing and dedicated hub writers to help them stabilize the overwhelming drive of the old and new members of this virtual writing portal.
So the concept of having HubNugget Team, HubMob Team, HubChallenge Team and HubGreeters Team came to the HubPages world.
I did apply for the HubGreeters Team...keeping my fingers crossed for the approval of the HP staff one of these days. It will be a good gift as I celebrate my first year anniversary this coming September.
HubNuggets Team
They act like the Crime Scene Investigators (CSI). They are branded as HubPages' very own curators. As if every hub coming from promising new Hubbers is like an evidence that should be investigated. Every week, a verdict for Hub Wannabes will be judged through voting. The perks? Those Hubs with the highest number of votes are included in our weekly newsletter.
I'm still shy to join the team. But if you got what it takes and created your own niche in the HP community with a HubScore of at least 100, then you can join the HubNuggets team. Please contact us and meet the resident HP curators.

HubMob Team
These are prolific hubbers who administers the weekly HubMob—a collective effort among interested Hubbers to publish Hubs around the week's designated topic. They'll really inspire you.
You should befriend them and be an eager participant in a HubMob? Look for the HubMob Weekly topic thread in the Hubbers' Hangout forum for instructions.
Please know the resident HubMob Team.

HubChallenge Team
If you feel having a mental block and cannot think of a good topic, this team will surely challenge you to publish regularly. I tried participating in a 30-day HubChallenge, administered by the HubChallenge Team several times. So, there's no danger of answering the dare to write effectively. Whether you're new or a veteran, joining a HubChallenge is the most fun way to publish more frequently.
Better check out the HubChallenge Forum for your guidance. Be sure to read the posts in blue at the top first.
They're here...the HubChallenge Team.
HubGreeters Team
They serve as ushers and usherettes to HubPages newcomers. HubPages' welcome wagon, as they call it. Reaching out to promising new Hubbers will surely make them feel at home by giving them suggestions on first steps to take and answering any questions they might have. After all, making friends is the essence of having a writing hub. We're not into competition here, really.
Many have the HubGreeters Team and still counting? Why not me? Why not you? There's no harm in trying.
