Why published hubs (that got good score and comments) fall in the category of needs revision?
Since you only have one Hub, I took a look at it, and my guess is that someone who was hub-hopping noticed that you have numerous grammar and spelling errors. The "good score" relates to SEO marketing, not necessarily quality - and comments are not as important to the editors as quality content.
That's my reasoning on why your Hub got flagged for revision. It is just an opinion. Good luck with your writing in the future.
When hubs are flagged it doesn't matter how popular they are. If there's something wrong with them, if they break the HubPage rules in one way or another, they need to be revised. You could have hundreds of comments and be averaging a ninety for the score, but if you have serious grammatical problems or are linking to inappropriate websites, your hub will get flagged for revision.

In a thread a few days ago, a discussion began about accounts which have been here quite some time and have a lot of published hubs that are noticeably breaking Hubpages ToS. Despite the accounts being flagged repeatedly, the accounts and most of their hubs still remain. The staff answer to the...

All 80 odd of my hubs have been marked for revision! I have been a member for 2 years - it is just depressing and embarrassing! How can I go about revising ALL my hubs? I mean - if they had not been accepted in the first place I would have understood! I cant really go and update ALL of them. Even...

The question of whether poetry Hubs should have 400-word minimums came up in this thread a few minutes ago:http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/70203#post1528809I've been puzzling about what to do with poetry Hubs I've found while hopping. I haven't flagged any of them, because poetry is a unique...

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.
