Do you use Title Tuner? Do you feel it has helped?

Yes, I have used it and think it helps, but not always.
If you accept all of the title tuner recommendations you will end up with long and ungainly titles. Some of my best hubs, those that have thousands of page views per month, have very short titles. Title tuner recommends I change the titles, so I just ignore it for those hubs.

I've never found it particularly useful. All it ever suggested for me when I've tried it was gibberish or misspellings, so I haven't bothered with it in quite some time.

I use to never use it, but have used it quite a bit lately. It helps a great deal. I'm not sure people are understanding what this "gibberish" is that it is suggesting. These are words that people are using to search the internet to find your site. I have went from around 300-400 views per day to 900-1200 per day using the title tuner. Some of the titles of my hubs might seem a little weird or garbled, but there is a reason for that. Title tuner is excellent for SEO.

Maybe I will experiment with it. I didn't think it would make THAT much of a difference!

I know it seems dramatic, but my hubs had been steady traffic for like 2 years, then after playing with the title tuner, it literally doubled within a month and has remained high traffic. Google Analytics is also a great SEO tool

OK, just for giggles I ran my Hubs through the Title Tuner. For a review of the film "Casino Royale" it suggests I add "LSD" (?) to the title. For a review of the film "Horror Express" it says I should add "Posters." I repeat: total Gibberish!!

I know you think it's gibberish fatfreddyscat, but someone or more than one person must have searched for movie POSTERS for the horror express film. people have also searched for LSD to find your hub on your review for Casino Royale.

I haven't used that before, but I use Google keywords tools to build up my titles.
I don't think HP's tunner can get better results

I've never heard Google keyword tools. I'll give it a go!
