Can I add a link inside my hub page post that links to an article from my personal blog?

I have a published hub (Eight Rules for Planning a Natural Birth) that I did on hub pages and want to add an article link inside that hub that points to an article I did on my personal blog.  Is that acceptable by hub pages?

I write on another site once in a blue moon (not Bubblews), and for a while I had links to the articles on the other site in my hubs on this site, that were about similar/related subject matter.

A few months ago we had a virus on HP and it was believed to be coming from some different sites like the other one I'm writing on.  I was forced to delete the links in my hubs that led to that site.  However, it was discovered that my other site was not the source or cause of the virus being spread after all, and so if I had wanted to, I could have replaced the links I deleted.

I still haven't replaced the links because I simply have not had the time.  There are a million things I need to do and have not gotten to yet.  There is no problem linking to your blog in your hubs so long as no one hub contains more than 3 links that go outside HubPages.  I honestly do not know if this rule still applies, but I do not usually have a lot of links going outside HP in my hubs anyway.

If you decide to include a link in any of your hubs, the main thing is to link to things that are related to the information in your hub.  That includes products advertised in your eBay or Amazon capsules if applicable, your photos, and any links you provide in link capsules or within the article itself.

So what it comes down to, is that if your blog entries are related to the hub you put the links in, then they are allowed.  If they are just random blog entries and you want to promote them for the sake of promoting them, and they are not specifically related to the information in your hub that you are placing the links in, then they are not allowed.

The article below from the Learning Center addresses links in your hubs specifically, along with other issues, so read it carefully.
