I have two Hubpage Accounts.Now I wish to delete One. How can do it.Can I moove the Article of first to second one.
Move / delete the articles you don't want. Delete the profile information. I don't believe there is any way to delete the actual account. All you can do is strip it of all content.
There is no way to move a Hub to a new account. I had 2 accounts as well and wanted to move my Hubs to one. I used the copy/paste technique. I had to re-create each Hub but I kept the same content. It doesn't take long. Once you have done this, delete each of your old Hubs and send an email request for deletion. My account was deleted within 24 hours.

I am thinking about deleting most and almost all my hubs and moving them to another hub account but I have a couple of questions. I have some hubs not getting traffic at all. I tried to change there name still no use. Should i delete those hubs?
