Tags not. visible on new HubPages design - OK. So are the tags still accessible/editable for authors? If so, where/how can tags be accessed in the new design?
I was going to read up on this later, so cannot answer your question but here is the page I had earmarked to read:

At a quick look it seems, we will not be selecting tags for ourselves in the future. However, I do need to read it carefully rather than scan it to check I have understood it correctly.

Ok, I did look at the FAQ's before coming here, and I found a hub on tags and read it. But it seemed to contradict another article I read. I also read through the comments and noticed that another hubber posted my question 4 months ago and has yet to get a reply so I am going to ask...

You may have noticed there is no longer a tags section on the Create a Hub page, and that the option to add the RSS Capsule has been removed from the HubTool. On our blog, we have announced that we are retiring tags and the RSS Capsule due to decreased utility and use. You can find all the details...
