I have intended to publish my new hub ' HUBPAGES-A STEPPING STONE" . it is not yet published. Could you sort it out.
I looked at that Hub and you have not yet published it.
In the current state, it will not meet our standards for publication as it has no content other than a single image.
I would suggest editing the Hub to add more content and then you should be able to publish it.
