I'm looking for new places besides Facebook, Twitter, Digg and Reddit to post hubs that will generate views. Any ideas?

Where are Ads at the top right, above the fold?
Are ads only placed in the vertical position at the far right, outside of the hub text now? I just noticed on several of my hubs and others. I thought it was just me and began to tweak text and rearrange capsules to see if they would come back, but they didn't. Did I miss or overlook this change?...
