I have read several hubs that have a blue box on the right, the contain information. I am wondering how to get this blue box in some of my hubs?

After you add a text capsule, click on the little arrow that moves the capsule to the right. Once it is a half-width capsule on the right, then up at the top of the capsule it will give you a little blue and gray colored box at the top. Click on one of the colors to turn the capsule background that color. The link above probably explains it more clearly.
