Discovered several of my hubs had been republished without permission at this site.  A further check revealed many more hubbers have been violated as well.

I checked out that link and it appears the hidden admin is culling well written articles and aggregating them to make money with ads. I am a new hubber and not completely up on this topic but it seems like contacting Google Adsense may be helpful. Good luck!

Thanks for letting us know, but do break the live link to the offending site! You don't want to give them  organic links.

One option you have, since the site has adsense ads displayed, is to file a report with google adsense https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/ … ;&rd=1

Thanks for reminding me to break the link.

I've already filed a complaint with Adsense and encourage others violated to do the same.

Getting the ads pulled is wonderful, particularly if adsense cancels their account.  And it might even happen.

To get the offending material removed, however, you must file with the site owner or the host.  And, ads or not, copies still pull traffic from you and hurt.

Wilderness, yes, filing with the host is also a necessity.  I've done that as well.  Thanks for reminding!

Kim, thanks very much for the information.  I'm emailing the admin on the site because they have taken one of my articles to.  Thanks for the heads up.

How do you find out who the host of the site is when the email address for the admin does not function?  Thanks.

Registar's email is fanglin610@gmail.com.  Hosting provider contact is abuse@ecommerce.com

Knowing not everyone reads the forums, I'm going to start contacting hubbers directly.  Hopefully, if we ban together and flood his hosting with complaints, the site will be shut down.

Additionally, I strongly believe Hubpages must have been hacked as many of my posts at this site were unpublished, so I'll be contacting them as well.

I've noticed many of the postings there have unique features available on Hubs but are no longer showing in Hubpages.  This makes me fear what other information this creep may have obtained.  I hope I'm wrong in my suspicions of a hack but I have notified team@hubpages.com along with the names of other hubbers whose work I found there.

Just from a bit of googling from the site, it seems that every article there is from a hub page.  When I followed one link on environmental fund raisers for school it showed up in google as belonging to weenie pooh, however the article doesn't appear on her actual hub page or at least may be unfeatured but still in the index.

I'm curious, how did you find the offender?  Was it just luck?

LCD, I noticed the site as a referrer in my Wordpress dashboard and followed the link.  I was shocked to see my entire article plus several others there as well.  But what struck me as most curious was all of the "stolen" ones, with the exception of one, were unpublished hubs.  They were copied and pasted in the Hub format, complete with Amazon and eBay advertising capsules plus sans editing I had done when I republished them on my own blog.

Kim, thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention as well has the Hubpages team, which I was going to do today.  I have a hub which is not unpublished there.  I have not checked every single one.
