So, just a few minutes ago I tried submitting my tax info to HP to set up the earnings program but was told that my answer to their security questions was incorrect. The problem is I know my answer is the right one. It's my childhood phone number. I may have somehow entered the wrong digit when I forst povided the question but thats the only thing I can think of. Is there a way I can get HP to send me the correct info or fix the problem like when you forget passwords or security questions on other sites?
Sorry for the inconvenience; it sounds like you'll need to re-set your security passwords. Please email us through this: http://hubpages.com/help-answer/affilia … -tax-info/
And early next week, Marina can help you troubleshoot this issue.
