I have a hub which I would like to promote but the summary section was 1.) too long from long ago and 2.) had a major typo.
I updated the summary but when I go to promote the link the summary is still the old summary.
HELP! When will the new summary that I wrote be brought over so I can promote this hub?
Hey CelebrateUSA! Worry not, there is often a delay in a summary being updated and that summary showing up in listings. It should resolve itself shortly.
Most browsers have built-in spell checks. If yours does not, I recommend composing the entirety of your Hub in a word document so that you can utilize its entire spell and grammar check toolset.
Also, it would be helpful if the summary had spell check. I can spell my old fingers are simply lazy.

I was unfortunate to have teachers who did not care about educating, mainly because they where intoxicated, yes this is true they all went to the pub at lunch time and all came back red faced drunk. After working hard I came top of my year in maths and geography however English was not so good as a...

The spellcheck has never worked for me on hubpages. I click it and it either tells me a bunch of words are misspelled when they aren't or it shows no misspellings, when I know there are. I end up copying and pasting my articles to word and doing a check there and having to go back and...
