A few days ago I noticed I could no longer see my own profile background image on my profile page. I am also no longer able to see the profile page backgrounds of other hubbers either. This issue does not appear to be a problem if I use Internet Explorer.
Yikes, sorry about this! Thanks for reporting the issue. I'll let Matt step in to report this bug properly, as he's the pro at doing so, but our office will be up and running after the holiday weekend starting tomorrow and we shall hopefully have the issue resolved soon thereafter.
Thanks for taking the time to report this. I, indeed, see no background images on Hubs in Firefox 21 in Windows 7. Chrome, Opera, and Internet Explorer do not appear to be affected. I have forwarded this to our engineering team to be addressed.
I have reported it to Firefox as I noticed it too. I thought it was my pc but it seems there are a few of us using Firefox that are affected. Hopefully they will read my complaint and sort it out soon.
I've tried several differen't pictures but I keep getting the same message:Sorry, We cannot process the image you tried to upload. Please try a different file.The images are JPEG's Dimension circa 1600 x 1200, 422 KB....
