that's interesting. No wonder every time I look online for a new or unique routine, they tend to be 8-12 week routines.
I might have to join you! I'm moving back to my hometown ( no Internet, and spotty service) so I'm going to get bored eventually!
I'm a big fan of staying fit.
Could you tell me more about your challenge?
I've been back to an exercise routine and diet now for approx 5-6 weeks -maybe its my age (I'm 47) but I'm working my butt off and not seeing a lot of results-I'm hanging in there but its been hard (I've been working out 3 days on 1 day off etc and have cut my calorie intact in half-it is mo myth that as you age your metabolism seems to change-I'm in for the challenge-and open to any suggestions.

Have you given yourself a fitness challenge or goal to meet this year?Mine is to run a 5k which I will be doing soon, on 9/11.

I guess I wimped out of the 90/90. Having just completed the 30/30 I recognize there are days when a hub does not "happen". So trying this for myself and invite others who feel inspired to join me - post your acceptance on this thread. Happy hubbing:-)

I suppose with the latest Google Panda update and all the low traffic we've been getting, I guess it's time to start writing more hubs. While I wasn't affected too badly by the update, I still want to increase my traffic and hit payout next month or the month after. I want to hit 80 hubs by the end...
