It is amazing that the whole post disappeared, but not the title.
HubPages admin only have authority over this site, so they aren't going to do anything about material that doesn't legally belong to them which also happens to be on another website. That would be your job.
They did write up a helpful guide to assist you with your job, however:

relache thanks, how nice of you...wow... I thought Froggy and me were alone in HubPages.
We did summit complains and I wrote a hub explaining (I do understand my responsibilities and that what I do wherever it is mine), but nobody from HubPages staff answered.
What I find funny is that they are on our back for duplicated content ...but.... I guess my definition is not the same.

My pattern is not a duplicate of another! WHy did they take it off hubpages?I posted one of my crochet patterns on hubpages and now it is saying it is a duplicate. It's not it is my own pattern, that I took hours to write what can I do?
