Hubs like this deserve a category of there own.
Is it spam? Is it bad grammar? Humor?
Take note of where you put your 'FOLKS' when they visit...
I'm going to go with humor. I think an "Inadvertent Humor" category could return the traffic to normal.
I like the question mark in the title, even the author doesn't know what the article is supposed to be.
How this this hub manage to slip past QAP and get featured? It reads like it was created by an article spinner.

At what point do you stop trying to get a specific article to the niche sites? I've been working on an article for over a year now with no luck. I've e-mailed staff to no avail and only get a generic "your article was not selected" e-mail every time I edit and try to re-submit this...

I saw a dramatic traffic drop today and went to notice that over 100 of my hubs are not featured. While I can understand some of my older ones published over 4 years ago were not that great, some of them were published just months ago and are engaging, have beautiful pictures and very few links....
