Google was down a few minutes today and search traffic was down 40 percent during this time. Anybody notice? It was today, Saturday, August 17, 2013
I noticed. At the time I was surfing through Google images and each time I clicked on an image, then chose to go to the page it simply took me back to my google images search results.... this happened a few times, so I figured my PC had been overworked, so I rebooted....
Didn't know until later last night that it was them and not me.
It was down for 5 minutes:

Traffic down by more than 50% in last two days. Could this be due to HP maintenance or is it another Google slap?Just when my Sweetpacks hub has been showing great signs of life things are reversing, and I see no major announcement. Did the recent HP maintenance affect traffic?
