Arguments and disagreements are fine, encouraged, and expected but oftentimes the arguments and disagreements become TOO intense and heated; at such moments, WE ALL go beyond the pale and-ATTACK! Yes, with FEW exceptions, WE ALL DO IT! All because a person expresses an opinion that is different from the majority construc tor because it is an opinion and/or finding that NO ONE ELSE has expressed before. Is there too much condescension, personal attacks, overt and covert bullying and other forms of bad behavior in the forums? Yes? No? Why?

The forums can be quite an enlightening experience for those who know the art of intellectual discourse and respect for differing viewpoints. Even though a person may have different or even opposite viewpoints, such viewpoints are to be allowed, even respected.
