Here's a quandary: we are offered the opportunity to vote on a hub (or hubs) we feel should earn the EC banner...
However, since that banner is not displayed on the hubs, and only in our own listings, how would we know whether that hub had already been selected, thereby making extra work for staff in filtering out the already-awarded candidates...???
If the URL does not contain a subdomain, then the Hub is already an EC Hub.
??? you mean, if the author's name is not in the URL?? Oh, ok...I checked a couple of mine, and that seems to be the case.
Thanks, Writer Fox for clearing that up.
My subdomain is: writerfox.hubpages.com/
All of my Hubs start with that in the URL because I opted out of the EC program.
If a Hub URL starts with hubpages.com/, then it is already an EC Hub.
I see...so, we could also then, end up submitting a hub of someone who had opted out, and we'd never know that. Hmmm....
Thanks for the info.

I opened my Hp site today and was surprised to have 10 "Editor's choice" selected for my hubs. I wonder how many did you get. No hidden agenda; just curious.

I just received an email congratulating me for one of my hubs being selected as "Editor's Choice". It didn't tell me which hub was selected however and I checked my stats and there is no new hub labelled...

I had a hub that was receiving around 1,300-1,500 views per day. It was chosen as Editor's Choice. It then dropped by about 1,000 views per day. I opted out of the program, but that hub is no longer showing in Google...
