Please kindly tell me how to go about pay- pal account because i heard that pay- pal does not accept Nigerians. I don"t also understand the issue of tax information. Can someone put me through?
Unfortunately, Paypal will not accept some countries. If Nigeria is one of them, there is no point in your joining the HP ad program as you cannot get paid.
You can still use your Google Adsense account and get paid by them instead.
You do not need to worry about tax information as that is only for residents of the US.
