In yesterdays news I read, "Amazon says it will begin charging sales taxes on purchase made in North Carolina starting Feb. 1." I hope that means we will be reinstated as affiliates again. How do we find that out?

Will new Amazon affiliation cover old Amazon capsules?In the past I've posted hubs with Amazon capsules, but it's only now that I've signed up as an Amazon affiliate. Do I need to do all the links over again or will my new affiliation take into account existing capsules?Thanks

Okay--so we all know it is forbidden to click on ads on your own hubs, and at least severely frowned upon, if not outright forbidden to do so on the ad on other hubbers' articles.But--how about their Amazon ad capsules? Are those fair game? More than once, I've seen an Amazon item...
