I have applied for Google Adsense Account twice and twice I got this message, "Association Disabled by You or by Google for TOS Violation"
What can be the reason? I joined hubpages recently and i have only 6hubs.
You need to have 20 – 30 featured Hubs and then wait six months before applying again. Google requires a six month waiting period for people in your country. If you keep applying prematurely, you may never be approved. So, wait until you are qualified for the program before applying again.
Google's statement that you have TOS violations is most likely due to your use of copyrighted images without permission. This is obvious because your images still have the copyright watermarks.
I also keep getting denied for TOS violations and I have no idea why. My hubs use original photos, I have 11 hubs featured. I live in the United States. Any insight?
