Viewster is automatically playing sound ads. Not HP's fault. They're pulling the same stunt on Bing.

I'm getting them all the time, especially in the forums.
Ads that play audio when you hover over them or click are permitted, but not those that play audio without user interaction.
If you can provide details we can sometimes track down and stop these ads.
You can also block them individually in your AdSense setting if they are coming from that ad network.
The sticky FAQ entry for this forum has the sort of details that are helpful here.

This probably isn't a bug, but it's annoying and I wish Hubpages wouldn't do it. There is an ad which plays sound appearing on some of my hubs. I think it's a cricket ad with the sound of a bat hitting a ball, and a crowd cheering. The ad is also one which appears right at the bottom of the page,...

Have any of you found detestable ads on your hubs? It is a "game" with girls in bras...how distasteful I want it off my hub...do you know if we have a say in this? It has nothing to do with my poem and is disgusting to me.

It might be a good idea to disallow ads with sound to be posted on hubs.I just went to check a comment on one of mine and I heard a commercial so I looked around and my hub had not one but two ads playing audio.So I clicked the mute button on both BUT you actually have to click it twice to get it...

I find them to be quite annoying.They are randomly found on hubber's profile pages, or hubs themselves, but they scare me each time they come on...
