Yes u can, go to comments capsul and click edit. U can find some option among them one is about "approve" and u have to check it. When some one post comments the comment will not go online. When u approve... and u can reach there from ur profile's right bar's link named: Comments. ... cleared??
as ropilori eplained you have to simply edit the comment capsule...and i think it has html disable/enable option...so make it disable, so no one can add any link in your comment...i hope this might help you...thanx

If I view my account's Comments page, it's easy to view, approve and respond to unapproved comments. However, if I go to a new comment in one of my hubs and click Approve, I cannot reply to it directly on the comment....

All my comments are being "unapproved" when I know for a fact that these hubbers never had set it to "approve before being visible" just a couple of hours back. It happened for the last 4 comments...
