Profile Bio: Changes will not save. Keeps defaulting to original bio.

    I'm trying to change the wording of my Profile Bio.

    It lets me type and "save" but then reverts to the original bio I had typed.

    Is this a bug? Why is it not saving my changes?

      Hi CG,

      We recommend that you first try clearing your cache, updating your browser to the latest version and, restarting your computer. If you're still experiencing this problem after taking those steps, please let me know your OS and browser version so we can look into it further.

    Christy, thanks for your reply but those steps did not work.
    My OS is Windows 7
    My browser is Firefox 32.0.1

      I was able to try it on our test system without any issues. As you can see in the image below (I added, then removed the word "test" without any issues):

      Looks like the issue is probably with your browser. I recommend using a different browser like Chrome for now.
