I just got back from 10 days in Vegas.  Damn, 80s even in late October.

    What's going on?

Im so inept here... I just write 'cause if I didn't, I'd have no place else to ooze.

I'm one of those people.  It's not what it was three years ago, but it still earns a bit.

I suspect this winter is going to see people pull a significant amount of the good content from this site due to Google's continued pressure on large content sites.

That's already begun relache, as I know several people who are doing this as we post. They are building their own sites and planning their own sites. Personally, I like the idea, but will not take everything off HP.

Next time I know someone is going to Vegas, I am going to send a roll of quarters with them  to play for me. 50/50 cut.

@Sed-me, ooze is a good term for how I feel about it these days, but I would like to figure out how to write well enough that people want to read and share my work. If I didn't want to be read, I'd just keep a journal.

    1. Sed-me profile image79
Sed-meposted 9 years agoin reply to this

Ive been told several times that I would be a good journal-er... my thought is always the same. I already know what's in my head, if someone else isn't going to read it, why should I bother to write it down? Seems like I could just skip the middle man and keep it to myself. I just got a lot of stuff in me and sometimes I want to get it out, but my hope is always that it will serve some purpose. Maybe someday relache will be my manager and I could pay her to do all the complicated stuff for me. My delicate brain wasn't made for such things as SEO.

For my next job I am going to help a non-profit strategize their fundraising, complete a business plan, and not only set-up their backend documentation system but then tackle the document backlog.

If you can afford me, I'm good at what I do.

I see you are unfamiliar with the transfer and conversion of large sums of questionable currency, and have now been not getting my joke for several posts.

    I'll stop now.

lol. I got your joke and I raised you a new joke.
You remind me of Ron Swanson on Parks and Rec.
I so enjoy him. You don't have to respond. I understand your kind of genius.

I love this guy so much. I just love ppl that don't fit the mold. Relache is one of those ppl. I don't enjoy those folks who all think with one brain... or worse, don't seem to have any opinion at all, until they feel the rush of the group tide and all of a sudden, they're swept away. It's weird. Anyway, here's another Ron Swanson for your enjoyment. Here he's talking to a Brit who wouldn't accept US currency. haha. smile
