Due to allegedly "Low Quality?" --- i.e., a blank, white circle.
This Hub has consistently had more traffic than any other of my Hubs.
That sounds like a weird issue, maybe you should contact them.
Wild guess here - your hub has probably been caught in the new anti-spam policy. If you read the official forum posts, you will be able to find the details and link to the blog post that has examples of what is considered spammy and what is not.
